I found it for $6.99 in the bargain bin at one of the Harry Schwartz
bookstores. Schwartz is strictly a local Milwaukee organization, but
their stock is typically similar to that of the big chains.....B&N,
Border's.....so, you might get lucky at one of those.

The list price for my paperback copy was originally $14.
