But it *is* Carrie Stevens old place, inside the gate at Upper Dam. Couldn't
think of a better location.

Still, that's a pretty steep price.

Are you familiar with the area? Go out the back door and you can fish Upper
Dam. Take a 15 minute boat ride and you can fish the famous Rapid River, two
of the very *best* places in all of New England to fly fish. Besides, for
anyone that can afford such a place, the money means very little.
