Yeah Mike neither one of these guys read my first post, they just
jumped all over me with their winston crap. My guess is one of them is
a lawyer and the other a doctor.

well, all right, then.

**** you. you are an idiot.

does it occur to you that i have no idea whether or not you actually
*are* an idiot? did you immediately think, "where the hell does he get off
saying that about me?" does it also occur to you that not all lawyers and
all doctors are deserving of your dismissal?

do you see that people can't be judged by some absurd categorization
that depends only upon what they do for a living?

if you can't, then **** you. you are an idiot.

wayno

blanks then I dont have to have to pay 500.00 for warrenty.

Still not man enough to admit being wrong i see. And I'm an accountant btw.
But I hire doctors and lawyers, does that count?

My guess is
if I blindfolded them they couldnt tell the difference between a
winston and a factory second shakespear rod.

Winston makes many models but I'm not sure shakespear(e) makes anything now,
but I'll take that bet.

Oh yea, if I make Penns this time, I'll be using a shakespeare cane rod,
finished by a competent custom rod maker.

i have the distinct feeling that this penns clave might just be, in the
immortal phrase of the most astonishing dumbass of all time, brent
mussberger, a clave "for the ages"...

yfitons
wayno (well, of course, we must remember that brent isn't as bad as being a
*lawyer*, for god's sake...)

If you are in the slightest bit serious in the claim that "I can build a
better rod in every way than any factory," you better make nice with
doctors...particularly psychiatrists...and if you try selling them to
anyone as such, you're gonna regret the lawyer cracks...

I read your first post in this thread, I even included it in
my response.

I have tried to have a civil disagreement regarding custom built
fly rods with a moron who can't even spell warranty.

My mistake, it won't happen again. Being civil, I mean.
