Just curious - how many on ROFF have played a high school or college
sport(s), and if you did, which sport?

Went out for baseball. Did pretty well. I was a small target for
pitchers and could hit when they could pitch to me but my dad pulled me
to help on the farm.

Didn't play any organized sports, as the coaches discriminated against
slow, weak, and uncoordinated guys.

I did play IM tennis, softball, football, and my personal favorite,
broomball. You probably have to be from Canada or a northern tier
state to even know what broomball is, but trust me, its the world's
most entertaining sport.

Didn't play any organized sports, as the coaches discriminated against

I did play IM tennis, softball, football, and my personal favorite,
broomball. You probably have to be from Canada or a northern tier
state to even know what broomball is, but trust me, its the world's
most entertaining sport.

Sounds like you had better Democrat credentials than GOP.

I grew up in a Democrat family. First vote was for JFK. First thing he did
was give me a great big tax break and the military a nice pay raise. Can't see
that happening today. The Democrat Party of today is not what it was during
JFK's time, hence my Republican leanings.
