You mean guides carry your stuff around? Never encountered that.
Cooking? Love it, especially camp cooking. I have fed some of the
most infamous roffians, including yourself. Why, wayno and Jeffie
actually swoon over my hash browns. I know, I know, you have this
thing about my ass, but believe me, Steve, you'll never get to it.
Sorry. I don't swing that way. d(

Probably so, I'm not disputing that. But I've seen fishing rods in a
second hand store and they usually want two or three dollars for them,
and have no idea if they're crap or not. Usually, they're ancient
fiberglass spinning rods, often with broken tips and missing guides,
but if there was an actual bamboo fly rod in such an establishment, I
would snatch it up and march to the counter immediately to purchase
it, and worry about the quality later. Cuz if you buy a bamboo rod for
five bucks or something, even if it is a piece of crap, you've still
got something useful for a piece of fishing artwork or something, and
maybe, just maybe, it would be a decent rod.

IMO, a piece-of-crap rod (or anything else) is what it is, be 5 dollars
or 500, and that it is a _bamboo_ rod is not material. And if you're
standing there with it in your hands and don't know whether it's crap or
not, and are perfectly free to put it down and walk away, but buy it
regardless, well, that ain't too sharp...YMMV.

HTH (but I doubt it will...),

For ****īs sake, the guy is barely at home from what was probably the
trip of a lifetime, which many will never manage, much as they would
like to, a few people are eagerly looking forward to a report and some
pics, finally some interesting angling content, and you are already
dissing and provoking him, telling everybody how much better your
trips were, that you went four times, and caught bigger fish, What the
**** is the matter with you?

Donīt you have any ****ing idea at all of angling camaraderie? You
don't even have enough savvy to keep your ****ing lousy mouth shut. It
is absolutely disgraceful. You donīt deserve to go angling at all you
miserable ****.

I know what Iīd do with your ass, Iīd keep kicking it till your brains
fell out of it.

This place isnīt just a joke any more itīs a first class disaster.

He will doubtless be absolutely devastated to hear it. For many years
now he has been valiantly attempting, and often successfully, to
improve the tone on this group. Must be a labour of love. ...

LOL !!! You truly are one crazy loon Your Loony Mikeness. It
should be obvious to sane people that Little Wolfie is only
here to impress himself with his pretentious, practically
unreadable pontificating.

Yeah sure asshole, and you impress yourself, and people just as dumb
as you are, by ranting about homophobia, and other stuff, and then go
round calling people queers, lying through your ****ing lousy stinking
teeth just about every time you post, and generally behaving like an
asshole.

You are just ****ed off because heīs a damn sight cleverer than you
are. You ought to be careful about ****ing him off too much sonny, he
īs a lot closer to your lousy carcase than I am.

Anyway, he is perfectly capable of dealing with you himself.

And yet...... here you are. *You need the attention this place gives
to you, Mike. *You are not famous anywhere else, so you settle for
infamy on roff. *Sad.

Barnard (RW) and I have been dissing each other for years. *I poke
him; he pokes me. *It's a game, really. *And, besides, is anyone
forcing you to read my posts? *If so, you need to get a life.

I donīt need any attention at all you sad dumb ****er especially not
from total ****ing arseholes like you and Fortenberry. You are so
incredibly self-centred and stupid you don't even realise what total
****s you are.

Always the same old ****, apart from anything else it would bore the
tits off a marble statue.

You are just a ****ing disgrace, and a total waste of words.

Best rainbow fishing I've ever seen, by far. We caught, in order,
Grayling, Dolly Varden (or Arctic Char), silver salmon, sockeye salmon,
rainbow trout (many on mice and many over 20"), chum salmon, king salmon

Cool. I can picture it in my mind's eye. No need to reply, but I hope
you all stayed a bit drier this time. Sounds like a great time.

Jon.
