Default War on ROFF

all this happened a while ago w3hen my computer was playing up .
i had wondered many times what happened to george i thought he had just
fallen silent cos of the attacks on him (deserved or undeserved)so my
condolonces to all those who miss him and i must say my sadness that people
can be so mixed up in themselves as to continue to denigrate and decry a man
who is no longer in a position to speak for himself.
i found george to be enlightening rude knowledgable in a great many subjects
and thought he was knowledgable in a great many more.
yes he was opinionated but who isnt in this group.
for what its worth george has bee gone for over a year but still these flame
wars brew up so he wasnt on his own was he!

You just can't leave well enough alone, can you?

Go he http://makeashorterlink.com/?E65B22627

Read the entire thread, and count the number of good people on roff whom

you
verbally assaulted with your total nonsense. You are not an honorable man

as
you so often claim. You are little more than a pig.

You've ****ed up the Sweden Clave on your very own, simply because of your
pigheadedness. You are a pathetic old man.

I shall wear my Dumbo name with pride, for there are enough of us on roff

to be
the majority (at least according to you).

can't stop watching the slow motion replays of some sorts of

My hard earned and well deserved reputation in the fishing world,

Think you're good eh? I'll have you know that i can tie knots in my tippets
without using my hands. Just by moving the fly rod back and forth with the
line in air. Not just one knot but two and three at a time. I'd like to see
you do that! grin

That's nothin'! There are some people here who can do that *and*
pierce their own ear during the process! Freakin' newbies that think
the knot trick is all that..... G

And if you're really good, you can do the body piercing trick on friends,
passers by, and that guy taking a leak behind the tree who thought he was
safe but just got a Tiemco Briss.

And here I was thinking that my meager attempts at piercing my own
nose was a worthy event. While I am somewhat envious of your
precision, you guys are starting to scare me. :-(

Default Lunch with Jeff

"Joe McIntosh" ...
In the mist of all this I would just like to mention that Jeff Miller

and
Pamlico Jim joined me for a nice luncheon yesterday--and we talked about
fishing !!!!
Indian Joe

Nice IJ, IJ! How the heck is Jim doing? for that matter, how the heck are
you and lovely Dene?

So you talked about fishing, eh? Why didntja just go wet a line, or three?

IJ replies----too damm cold --heck it has been down to 40 some days!!

Also forgot to mention we learned of Jeff's recent first (?) visit to
Hooters.
Now he is talking about flying to western clave on Hooter's Airline
As Dene and Rachel had joined us for lunch this was a shorten topic .
