Default L.I. Sound fishing spots?

I've been an avid fisherman for many years but have always fished out of
Shinnecock inlet and bay. Now I am in the bridgeport, Stratford, CT area and
was wondering if anyone might be so kind as to give me a few good spots that
might turn up a few blues or bass. I have a 27' center console boat and just
need a bit of guidance.
Thank you,
Rudy
