Default Wells Maine Fishing

Anyone? Anyone?

I'll be spending a week in Well, right on Rt. 1 and I'm looking for
a good place to do some fishing from shore, dock, or beach.

Parsons Beach..............Take Rt 1 North out of wells, turn right on 9
towards Kennebunkport, turn right on I think it's Parsons Beach Road?
it's right before the little bridge....10 to 15 minute ride and worth
it......Great Striper fishing. Get there early there is limited parking,
especially on weekends.

Thanks. I'll be in Wells all week, so I might hit it on a weekday.
When is it good? Incoming or outgoing tide, or doesn't matter?
And what are they biting on? I typically use chunk mackerel or
herring..
