Default Curado Gear Conversion

I have a Shimano Curado 201B38 that I picked up for a song. I would
like to swap out the gears in it from the 3.8:1 to the 6.2:1 or 5:1
found in the 200B or 200B5. Does anyone know exactly which of the gears
would need to change? Thanks.

Wish I could help. All I can do is ask why? I use mine to run deep diving
crankbaits. They run deep and stay deep. I do admit that it will wear you
out cranking, particularly with something on the order of a mann's 30+.
Anway, just the random thoughts of an old man now retired with nothing
better to do than eat, sleep, fish, and play with the new grandbaby!!!!

I prefer a faster ratio when doing a lot of retrieving with
spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, or crankbaits. Too me it is a lot less work
with a higher ratio.

If you just want to switch out gears, I have a Shimano Scorpion I'd like to
switch out. Perhaps we could make a swap?
