Default ? beadheads in labrador

I am planning atrip and have read the regulations. I tye my own flies and
am puzzled by the "no weighted flies" rule. Can I use beadheads and lead
free wire on my flies or is this about something else. Help would be
appreciated. Thanks

Rod Eaton
