Proud of your efforts Kenny boy?

This group is going the same way. Also thanks in considerable measure
to your efforts, and the fact that you are a poisonous devious
conniving lying sack of ****e.

sorry to disagree, Mike. That group has been slow in summer/early fall in
EVERY year. It will pick up during the season when most people start
tying(winter/spring).
Volume on Rofft has never been massive.

Hmmmmm. Seems the two top all time posters are you and me.
Fortenberry isn't even listed. So, according to the stats and your
logic, you and I are responsible for this group's alleged demise.

Not surprising you don´t know what logic is. You don´t know what truth
is either. No point in even trying to explain anything to you either,
you´re just too stupid to grasp it.

Disagreeing wont change the facts. Thanks to Fortenberry´s conniving
and manipulation a link which was keeping that group alive and might
have kept it going for a long time was capped, quite a few people were
upset, annoyed, and disappointed as a result, and the lying festering
bag of ****e just gloated and laughed.

Doesn´t really make much difference in the long run, the trend is for
all Usenet groups to decline. There are various reasons, but as in
ROFF, with a few of them there is no way to keep them going once they
are more or less taken over completely by liars and assholes like you
and your mates. The sensible decent reasonable people who use them
properly merely leave, and thus accelerate the demise.

There is less and less about fishing here as time progresses, and one
sees the same core of ****bags monopolising and misusing the group for
politics and various other petty and nonsensical ****e, thereby also
repeating their various litanies over and over again. Quite apart from
any other considerations it is stupid and boring.

Probably a fitting close that you arseholes will be the last here,
backbiting, bull****ting, and lying to the end.

And incidentally, still apparently quite oblivious to the fact that
you pulled the rug out from under your own feet.

I'm a tyer of very modest ability. I don't create, innovate or
experiment much at the vise, when I tie I follow a recipe and
hope the results turn out to be fishable. So I don't post much
to the tying group because I have little to say, unlike some
self-proclaimed experts who hang out in train stations, perform
fellatio on apes and post know-it-all pontificating whether they
know anything or not. LOL !!

There is an unwritten but almost universally accepted convention
that the newsgroup rofft is an on-topic haven of sorts for tyers
who don't like the rough and tumble of roff. In other words, on
rofft it would be unseemly to "poke the loony" whereas here on roff
it's wonderful sport. Naturally, there has always been less traffic
on rofft. ;-)

Oh, irony, thy name......

What keeps all of this from being merely operatic pathos and elevates it to
the level of cheap humor, is that you know as well as anyone who reads it
that the only person here who has done you any damage at all is yourself.

And, of course, you also know that whatever drollery or scathing indictment
you choose for a reply to this observation won't make any difference at all
to you or to anyone else.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting that your assessment of kennie, davie
and a few others, notably......dicklet.....is wanting in any way. Far from
it; although swollen with excess verbiage, hilariously repetitive and
mind-numbingly juvenile, it is all remarkably accurate in both broad outline
and precise detail. Your trouble (and our delight) is that their
observations about you (and each other, to the extant that they are
"defamatory") are equally characterized by precise and accurate observation.

However, it isn't all just fun and games. It's also instructive. The
lessons to be learned from all of this are as numerous as they are edifying.

Wolfgang
