My Thanx It appears that your craving, a real explanation, of what, is most surely, a species, deviation. It seems, you almost hooked your prey, but a large part escaped, and got away. When reeling that in, i bet no complaining, not often is caught, a fish thats in training. When feeling the hook sink into its shoe, it broke, into a panic, it would, wouldn't you. So next time you fish in a really quiet spot, and you hear, an eerie voice, mumbling a lot. No need to be frightened, its not after you, its merely the Mermaid hunting her shoe. Filleted Filley. Mermaid and Chips Ahhhhhhhhhhhh. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). My Thanx It is a trainus shoeus, an average sized specimen, more commonly found at the end of a leg of a young homo sapiens. I would not recommend eating it, as Benny Hill would have said, 'It taste rubbry'. HTH Chris |

The message m
from William Hoopsac contains these words: What ever happened to Benny Hill? After he was elected to your Parliament I never heard any more about him. I've heard it said by a number of your countrymen that as a comedian he was not that unusual there and sort of faded into the woodwork. Bit like old B rated movie stars (;-( P. |

My Thanx Yes of course it can but careful preparation is needed. Lay it on a slab with the eyes (and you will notice that there are several pairs) facing upwards. Carefully fillet the top from the bottom discarding the upper parts that have little flesh. Now select a fish cookery book and follow the instructions for cooking sole. It goes very nicely with Sockeye salmon. You will end up with a delightful dish that you will probably wish to share with a group of very close friends. Bon appetit. |
