Default Spinning Rod & Flies ?

On Fri, 11 Mar 2011 10:21:24 -0800 (PST), "Mark H. Bowen" b

Having never had the misfortune to meet him
I know some of you do like him
Why?
Some of you cinsider him a friend
What is his f'ing problem?

Fred
Who knows know that he will get an inane and insane retort from him =
luckily he is killfiled where this kind of behavior belongs

Simply stated Fred... I consider Wolfgang to be a friend, even though we rarely get together, but nonetheless he is my friend!

Anyone that leaves ROFF does it of their own volition, regardless of Wolfgang's prescence here. That you replied caustically to someone else's post denigrating Wolfgang, say more about you than it does about Wolfgang's persona on ROFF.

There is a difference
I have never or rrarely insulted anyone or anyone's intellect in any
manner or form.
I have alos tried to make some informative posts
If you do not see the diff in posters then I am truly sorry fpr you
and his other " friends"
This group is supposed to be based on a sport for enjoyment and fun
When it becomes NOT fun to be on ROFF - I for one have quite a queue
of other things to do
This group is far from being my life

I am certaion that many others including some interesting , valuable
and thoughtful people have left for similar reasons

and if you care, I susoect not) I am close to ****canning this group
mainly because of oine jerk
If he is truly your friend them you should help him as he is truily
skewed and close to the deep end pronbably crying fopr assistance

BTW - You seem to be a good guy
I have absolutely NO problems w you and I regret that iit is not
reciprocal - but-
Ces't la vie...

agaoin - Who knows know that he will get an inane and insane retort
from a goat

Don't leave roff, Fred. If you do, that would be a victory for
Wolfgang. Ignore his caustic remarks and have fun with him. He knows
no other way.

Besides, you are a welcome addition to this nuthouse. d;o)

And go fishing. I am heading up to Mark's area next Wednesday to fish
Wilson's Creek. Won't be able to go deep in like he and Jeff Miller
do, but I will get to see an old roffian friend, Walt Winter, at the
same time. Walt (Wally or Waldo) runs Wilson's Creek Outfitters in
Morganton, NC. Should be fun. So, go fly fishing. At the moment,
Wolfgang can't, but you and I can. d;o)

Dave

Dave:

Thanks

Moron

Fred

There are no morons, idiots, imbeciles, etc on roff. Most of us are
very successful. You don't get success by being a moron. d;o) It
takes brains, education, and hard work. So, Wolfgang is a liar.
Period.

Dave

I and my wife feel extremely successful
I did OK in biz as did Joanne in anoither biz
It enabled us to buy a nice hunk of the planet out West & our
daughter and her family live right near us

You are right - ROFF has no idiots, imbeciles or morons here even
includuibg Sir Wolfgang II

Perhaps quite the opposite
There are some good and knowlegeable
fly tiyers and fishemaen
and a good eclectic mix of nuts & views

What happened to rdean - ???

But no women
It would be good to have some women here

Well....you didn't include his admittedly terse yet undeniably extant
sig...which, using his most current nom de plume, would bring the minimum
textual total closer to 10.

And as long as I'm at it....the irony of this never ending banter is...he
keeps *telling* all of you nitwits that you're playing *his* game....yet, you
*keep playing*, even while you bemoan it all.

Weird, eh?

Carry on.

Been up in the U.P. for a few days, chasing birds, visiting with old
friends, reliving past misadventures.....that sort of thing.
