Default Walleye Fillets A-Fryin

I am some happy walleye fishing season has started.

I had a feed on Wednesday. I waited all winter for the fresh stuff.
Now if you are anything like me, I think this is just about the best
tasting fish in the world. Doesn't really matter how you cook 'em
really.

I put a picture of the shore lunch up on the site
http://www.polarbearoutfitters.com/c...ets-Feast.html
can't you just taste them fillets-a-fryin'.

Have a great Walleye Fishing season everyone!

You canuks are a funny bunch. Seems like EVERY fish you catch goes on
a stringer, at least that's the impression I got whenever fishing
Canada. I might keep 1 fish on occasion but 99% go back. **** that
shore lunch crap....throw the god damn fish back so I can catch
something bigger.

We have to catch and eat some of them to reduce the competitionin for
food. That way they all can grow big. Besides, where else do you
find meat today that is not full of chemicals and antibiotics. Fish
is also good for you. You don't see many 400 lb plus Cdns.
