Default Vibrating lures

Has anyone heard about this special vibrating lure?
I'm interested on buying it but i'm not sure if it is worthy.
I'm from italy and before to order it in the Usa i would like to know if
someone of you have tried it.

Never have seen that, but I am pretty dubious about any lure that needs
batteries...
