What are the possibilities on the upper coast of Oregon?

I'll be spending some time in the Seaside to Tillamook area in mid-September
and have never been down that way before...

Anyone care to share some spots to try with a 100% C&R, usually dry flies
only, kinda guy?

Any advice will be appreciated, and likely heeded.

Thanks
Skwala

Okay - here's something that should prove helpful: your computer clock
is 24 hours off.
