Default devastion to fishing fleet in La

The devastation continues in Louisiana. The cleanup is very slow,. These
people need help. I don't know why our government is responding so slowly.
The pictures of the fishing fleet in this link were taken on Jan 24, 2006.
It still looks like the day after Katrina

Why is it the goverments job to fix all this? You got insurance?
