Default Key West - Kayak Fishing - Cow Key Channel - Need some close SPOTS Please!

Hi, I am an avid Kayak Fisherman in Jax, Fl.
I will be in Key West one day only and have reserved a kayak at Cow Key
Channel to fish in.
I should arrive a half hour to an hour after the low tide.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the fish?
I catch & release, only and use paddle tails for bait.
Thanks for any help you can offer!
Larry
