And where do you stand on travel restrictions to Cuba?

against it, though i do accept there needs to be some regulation or
supervision. oddly enough, i've met two people in morganton, nc who
travel to cuba regularly. one is an experienced sal****er
fisherman...and he has an apartment or some type of residence there.
said the sal****er fishing was excellent. the other was a medical
equipment/supplies salesman, but i had the impression from his chatter
that his interest ran to the available and inexpensive female
companionship he claimed was abundant.

It sounds better and better. :-)

Here, let me help you out a little . . . you actually said . . .

*The only ideology that kills and sucks is
YOUR ideology, David, the one tainted with all the poisonous liberal
koolaid you have ingested.

Dave, RWC

David, You got that one wrong too: Communism, Fascism, National
Socialism, etc etc ALL SUCK, and ALL KILL. And I never drink Koolaide;
I prefer my own hard cider.

Well considering your history it seems like you have a lot to thank
liberal and progressives for then. For one, you don't have to wear
those jack boots your wing-nut friends love so much. Second,
progressives and libs created and funded your military pension and
benefits system, which your sleazy rightwing American hating buddies
have tried to cut and sabotage when ever they could. And after all,
libs and progressives and Democrats also sponsored the creation of the
State of Israel, which your wingnut friends tried to block at every
turn.

I often wonder just why some folks, who have benefited so much from
this country that progressives and moderates have built, are so eager
to tear at this country's founding principles and Constitution, just
to curry favor with a Christian fundamentalist Wingnut elite of
America haters. David, they will never really let you into their club
of snakehandlers, no matter how slavishly you parrot their propaganda.
This Right-wing Neo Conservative idiocy will ultimately destroy
Israel, and our own country.

Really? That's what you believe huh? So Eisenhower (R) "LOST" Korea?
You would have nuked China? And then what do you think the world would
look like now? Other than all the sweet opportunities for Beltway
Bandit military consulting contracts, that is. Eisenhower got it
right.

Just a clarification please. Are you saying that the Irish Catholics
of Northern Ireland and the Brits are a "bunch of pussies?" What the
hell are you saying? You have any actual facts to add to the
discussion, or is this just some sort of wimpy warmup and I should
let you skate by until you get up to form?

No, it means it's a holiday; and everybody but you and I have better
things to do than post to ROFF..

Joe F.

I only check two Usenet groups ... the other ( mainly retired RV travelers)
seems to be growing, this one rapidly dwindling.

But, many here seem to post from work and may be on holiday.

Um, it occurs to me, in these tough and getting tougher times, that with
companies forced to cut back I wouldn't want to be sitting at the
workstation that had logged the most company time connected to ROFF. That
would make the 'who' in 'who to cut' a pretty easy decision, I'd think.

Your psychic powers are in the toilet, Dave. I don't want into any
club, well, maybe a good fishing club, but certainly not some
neo-conservative one for the simple reason I do not consider myself a
neo-con I vote independently and not the party line like you and Ken.
I can actually vote for a liberal and have, but I can not imagine
either of you or any of the other libs that haunt this madhouse voting
for a conservative.

What will ultimately destroy Israel is the upcoming World War. She is
surrounded my enemies willing to totally annihilate her and someday
will, but not before she gets us into a nuclear war, probably with
Iran who is her biggest enemy and supporter of Hezbollah, Hamas, and
every other terrorist out there.

Leave Israel alone and the world will be better off is my philosophy.
Yours is destroy Israel and let her people suffer even more.

Go Israel

Dave, RWC

I spend about 15 minutes a day reading roff and a few other groups. I don't
smoke, so take less time doing that than I would with smoke breaks. When
companies are cutting back, I'd be more worried about being a smoker or the
Internet watchdog than an occasional roff peeper.
