Default Tackle for KIds to make.

Getting kids involved is what the outdoors are all about.
Making their own tackle and catching a fish, well they're hooked.
Try this.
Take a dowel in a variety of sizes, along with the "old fashion" school
pencil sharpener. Shave each end of the dowel down to a point, and then cut
the end sguare, sanding might be needed.
Next let them design their own patterns. Paint, stripe, whatever.
Finding the components to finish the lure can be found through Cabela's or
Jann's Netcraft or other dealers.
I've seen what these "Stick Baits" can do. Smallmouth Bass love them.
There's nothing better than seeing the final product that will hopefully
last forever.
Any questions, feel free to contact me,
Brad
