Out Of Africa
Got my plane tickets today, as the city has calmed down entirely from the
troubles of Thursday night and the airlines have continued flying. The word on the street is (get this) that the whole thing was staged to give the President the opportunity to declare special powers. We'll see, but if you don't hear any news about additional uprisings in the next 24 hours, you can assume that my silence online means I am drinking whiskey and watching movies at 30,000 feet. This has been one hell of a past 2 weeks. --riverman
