Default Baitcashing Handedness results

Okay, thanks for all the help guys. I went out and bought the Abu 4600,
like recommended. Got the right handed one,cuz thats all Decathlon and
walmart had. Decathlon is going out of business..so I payed 39.99 for
it. Real nice deal, also bought a medium rod....seems to work really
well, nice balance etc. Put 30lb powerpro on it...that stuff is
neat...as working a grub yesterday and got a hit..felt like a real
fish....so I set the hook pretty hard..got wacked in the face with a
perch about 5 inches long.

Still have to set the magnetic drag real high to prevent backlash..but
I'm getting better. I like it.

Unless you have a Abu Garcia 4600C5 mag you don't have a magnetic
anti-backlash system, it's centrifugal, try adjusting the spool control
knob until the lure falls very slow, your reel will improve with
use..Cleaning the spool bearings and re-oiling with a light oil will
help..

I fish therefore I lie
