Default Chumming for mackerel in Cape Cod Bay

What could be used for chumming to attract mackerel in Cape Cod and
Boston bays? Will appreciate any clue.

Anchovies and alewives. Mackeral love them. Of course you may also catch
all kinds of other fish because they will all slurp down a nice tasty
anchovy.

I've used bunker chum in NY, works great, I don't see any reason It
can't work for you.
