Talking cheese?????

hello all lady t here again, i heard from somewhere that the bigger fish love strong cheese is that correct?? im unsure as i was canal fishing on sunday evening and didnt get a bite not even a sniff, was i doing something wrong , all i did was put a little block of cheese on a medium length tail. if anyone can give me any pointers on how to catch the bigger fish i would be most greatful, i love catching fish such as perch pike and maybe little chubs but i would be so excited to be able to catch a big big fish :P xxx any help would be sooooooooo appreciated and i will try and get some piccys of any big fish i catch .xxxx

Cheese may catch Catfish and some other fish but it won't guarantee a really large fish. To
catch the "good" fish, try live lining a larger than average size minnow. Better yet, try
one rod with a live minnow and another rod using worms, cheese, or whatever your favourite
bait is.
