Give this a minute to watch....

And as the numbers keep climbing, think about how all those added people
will help to continue our current economic growth and help support the life
style we have be come accustomed to.

Remember added to the population helps sustain economic growth through such
things as housing starts and consumption.

Of course, this also means less open space, wildlife, clean air and
water.... but what the hell... it's good for the ol' 401K.

Most of the population growth is due to increased longevity.
There's a solution to this, but.....you go first.

If it weren't for immigration, the US population would
be dropping. As it is, we are just above replacement
level.

100 million in the last 50 years and another 100 milion in the next 40
years bringing us to 400 million by 2049 are just replacements?

you're not with the math department are you?

Seriously, you think expanding subdivisions are a good thing?
