Default Peterborough - East of England Show

Next week I am off to the East of England Show at Peterborough where my
wife is exhibiting, (no smutty remarks please :-)
I'm thinking of taking a bit of ledger tackle with me
Any ideas for a bit of running water near the show ground?
Any help appreciated,
Cheers,
Alec

The river Nene isn't very far away.

On Sat, 12 Jun 2010, Neil, gave forth these words of wisdom:
The river Nene isn't very far away.

Thanks Neil but I decided to take the easy way out and have a day at
Ferry Meadows Country Park. Still water, but so near the show ground I
decided that's best. Seems as if there's plenty of fish there!
Cheers,
Alec

The Nene is next door to Ferry Meadows so you will have several choices
(if you include all the lakes).
