There is a small stream about a 15 minute drive from us in Georgia. It
reminds me very much of the Swift. However it is a put and take creek,
and very few make it from season to season. Much better fishing about
an hour away in North Cackelackie. There are a few streams that I can
fish year round, and plan on hitting some in Jan/Feb.

Well thank you for putting it into perspective so succintly.

LEFTOVERS.....MMMMMM!

Murrica......ya just gotta luv it. Where else ya gonna find a couple
hundred million people spending a whole day (every year)wailing, "TOO
MUCH!", and only the other 364 1/4 wailing "NOT ENOUGH!"?

for whom, drowning in fresh organic veggies, things could, admittedly,
be much worse.

I'd like to add Dave Mohenson (sp?) Dave sent me a Renzetti Traveler
set up not long before his death. I only wish I had gotten to know
him!

Amen. Dave was a genuine good guy. Had some very nice email
exchanges with him.

Dave was thoughtful. There was more.....but that was enough.

Nancy.....well, she was in WAY over her head out in the field with a
bunch of hard driving and hard fishing guys not inclined to ad
infinitum one on one training. But she didn't bitch about it. And
she certainly held her own here in cyberspace. In her own gentle way,
she cracked more than a few misogynistic heads together in a manner
that their putative owners doubtless still remember.....though none of
them would ever admit it.

And George. Um.....he was an original.

Op,

Glad you mentioned Dave, I was also going to list him but couldn't remember
his last name. I think you are close, seems it had an "L" in there
someplace? He also posted some fabulous sunset photos among other things.

Thanks,
JT
