Does this **** you off too:

Right at dawn and right at dusk are the productive of day to go fishing.More
and more , actually almost all of our parks here in Florida and where I used
to live (Ohio) are closing their parks a half an hour before dusk and not
reopening them until 8 or 9 am.

This is especially frustrating here in Fl, when fishing for "snook". You
see snook are practically nocturnal.

I'm thinking of starting a non-profit organization to help raise awareness
on this issue with the end goal being parks that are open for 24 hours or at
least closing later and opening earlier. There's no reason you should risk
jail time to go fishing. In some cases, here in FL anyway, this type of
"trespassing" is a felony and people to go prison over it.

I know the government needs to be able to close some government owned land
to the public to protect the public. These reasons may include:

-- Developing new weapons systems
-- Keeping the public off contaminated lands
-- Protecting endangered species breeding areas

These are few good reasons.
But why keep the public out of there own parks?

Charging the public admission also is irking me a great deal and needs to be
stopped too.

ANYWAY . . .

Are there any of you in these forums interested in supporting such an
organization? (I'm NOT talking money here).

Please reply to texx @ floridafishinginformation.com (without the spaces in
the previous e-mail address), if you think this is a good idea and would
benefit the public and/ or the general public.
