Steal head & golden trout fishing
In article , Rob
wrote: Can anyone give me some good hints how can I catch steal head and golden trout in a lake? So far, I only had luck in catching rainbow trout. I fancy you may be posting to the wrong group as the correct reply from this perspective is: Go to Western North America or Eastern Russia. There are a few sal****er rearing cages in Western Ireland were you might encounter the odd 'steelhead' escapee. Apart from that I can't think of any sea running fish in the British Isles. The standard advice applies of course, first find your fish. Don't just believe the bar-room hype, find the details, try to actually -see- the fish. Find out when they are caught - being in the right place at the right time makes 90% of the difference. Cheerio, -- |
