what is the best fish finder for deep dropsotting? I want something that
I can see my bait on the screen and when a fish move after it.

Try turning off the automatic settings on the one you already have and
experimenting with turning up the gain. (The screeen will get cluttered)
I'm not sure you are going to be able to see a soft plastic bait very well,
but you might be able to see your sinker when you drop it down.
