They did not believe me and they would not replace the jkt
I even found them to be rude!!
I was amazed, dissapointed, disgusted and embarrassed for the Simms
company
and their total lack of cocern for thier consimer base
I for one will NEFVER buy a Simms produict as they show little concern
for
their customer and the products

Sorry that I did not post earlier but I obviously do not get to this list
often.
With Simms going higher up helped
Simms has made it good
