The average weight bass was approximately 3 pounds. This tournament has a Big Largemouth and a Big Smallmouth prize. The weight for the biggest largemouth was 4.43 pounds, and the winning smallmouth weighed in at 4.43 pounds as well. So, no sniveling about "there are no bass in Boom Lake."
