Hmm... actually, it's tracked by a little program on my computer called Silk
Quit. It's really helped my quit!

Congratulations Charles and Harry. It's a marvelous accomplishment you can
be proud of. I smoked my last cigarette in February 1980. Charles, did you
forget milliseconds or are you not keeping track?

Wishing everyone a great 2006.

Awesome Harry!

For me it's been:
Nine months, two weeks, three days, 19 hours, 33 minutes and 52 seconds.
7320 cigarettes not smoked, saving $1,152.96.
Life saved: 3 weeks, 4 days, 10 hours, 0 minutes.

Doesn't it just feel great?!!!?!

Way to go Pro.
I quit in 1981 because of my roommates smoking habit. He was a bad chain
smoker that made me realize we were both killing ourselves slowly.I quit
cold turkey. He died this past summer of throat cancer.
Hang in there !

Seeing those $$$ numbers shows me where my dividends and stock growth from
Altria come from. Good job on quitting. Check with your insurance
companies, home etc. to see if you get a non-smokers discount.

Apparently it hasn't helped my reading neither, because I can't find
anything spelled wrong?

Ok, perhaps not your spelling, because the words are spelled correctly, but
"It's really helped my quit!"???
