Oooh, when I was wild hog hunting down in Georgia, a friend of Ronnie's did
the cutting and wrapping of the meat. He made some of the most amazing pork
sausage that I've ever eaten (and that's a lot). Spicey with just a hint of
wild flavor, mmmmmmmm......

I'm going to have to make a trip to Georgia pretty soon!


Speaking of Ronnie, where has he been? I haven't seen anything from
him lately.
