Default Rojo Midge Pattern and instructions

Anyone have good instructions and steps on tying the rojo midge?

The only picture I could find searching is on the Orvis site:

Thanks for your time,

Body: floss in whatever color you like
Rib: Golden rib tinsel or copper wire
Thorax: Peacock hearl or dubbing (i'd prefer peacock hearl)
Head: red/yellowish bean
Antenna: White antron yarn
Thread: Black or brown.

Unless you tie for a competition or something alike, where you have
strickt rules, these materials shoud do just fine. The fish doesnt care
anyway ;-)
