Default Applying Registration Numbers to a Sea Eagle SE9 inflatable

My Wife and I recently bought a new Sea Eagle SE 9 Motor Mount Boat
along with a Minn Kota 55# thrust motor. We have registered the raft
in Texas and have to affix the registration to the sides of the
raft.

Has anyone had experience applying numbers to an inflatable raft?

Does it say anything about that in your owners manual? Call the
manufacturer or go to the their site and ask them the recommended
method if any for attaching decals and such. Might even try
google.com for a search.

here in north carolina , a local water enforcement officer recommended
me to get a piece of plexiglas for each side of the boat and attach
the registration decal and numbers to them, then just zipstrip the
plexiglas to the frame or convienent attchment points. that way they
won't flex and detach. he did say as well the decal would stay on very
well.
