Larry,
I guess more than anything I am trying to learn to tie flyz better and better flyz--one of the two should hopefully work out. Practice may not make perfect, but in my case it Shirley won't hurt--if ya know what I mean.

I have gotten on a kick of reading the books that my father left to me and I also I want to try some of the pattern style that the authors write about.. Besides, Soren, over in rec.outdoors.fishing.fly.tying showed an interest in the USD pattern I first attempted, so I'll tie several for him and keep the seconds to try out myself.

Now you ne'er do-well, pusillanimous pussyfooters,and nattering nabobs of negativism :~^ ) just go back to tying your boring fish catchin' patterns!
