First Baitcasting reel ?
Since I have several fishing spots around my home in Columbus and I don't
want to pay for $3 a gal. gas I am going to take up fishing. I last hooked a fish in 1968. I have read and read and the only reel I can't find any info on it the Guide Gear® 11-Ball Bearing Baitcaster which is on sale for $69 down from $150. I am willing to go $130 or so. The Shimano Curado, QUANTUM ENERGY PT E600PT are strong contenders. If the Guide Gear is a sound reel I could use the savings for a better rod. Thanks in advance
