Default Fareham Fishing marks?

Hi,
I'm going to do some work in Fareham next week. Does anyone
know if it's worth bringing the beachcaster?

I'm not overly keen on doggies or weevers but if theres
anthing else, along with the location of a bait shop, I would be very
grateful for advice.

I will be mobile, fishing at night, early morning.

Regards

HN

Worth having a look at this:

http://www.solent-fishing-guide.co.uk/

Details of marks and catch reports. From a quick scan it looks as if
there are whiting coming out at the moment. There are reports of bass
and thornback ray earlier this month, but I doubt there will be many of
those still about.

I've only really fished the area around Lee-On-Solent. There's a decent
tackle shop on the high street there.
