Default Paddle Fish black caviar

A word of warning about Paddle Fish black caviar. They sell it on all
those Exotic food websites and in some stores as an alternative to
Sturgeon caviar.
Please stay away form it. I had a misfortune of trying it at some
party and the taste was muddy and unpleasant. This fresh water fish
caviar is not even close in taste to cheapest sturgeon caviar let
alone osetra caviar.
Don't say I did not warn you

Givers of the party most want to know how much caviar should buy for their party. It depends on how to participate in the party and the caviar served on the number of guests. With every ounce of caviar, you can be 8 to 10 people. A quarter teaspoon of caviar or more can not be used ingredients purposes. And the top of the caviar appetizer, to improve taste of caviar-based, with a half teaspoon.
