The deed is done, the search begun last may complete. We are closing on a
new home next month and leaving FL.

The house and in-ground pool sit on 4.82 acres of heavily wooded and steep
terrain on the edge of the Cherokee National Forest. Private well, TVA
power, broad band and cellular access, and 350-400 feet of year round pools,
riffles, pockets, and beautiful creek with a resident population of
brookies. The creek, at nearest approach to the house is about 50 feet from
the back deck.

No fish were caught on this trip but there were several good sized brookies
visible at casual glance in the nearest pool, swimming in and out of a root
wad at the lower edge of the pool.

The cost of a day fishing just dropped tremendously!

Life is good.

L'Shana Tova to all and sundry. A great way to begin the new year.

Might as well!

Actually, credit goes to Gloria. She found the place on line and convinced
me to go look at it even though it fell outside the criteria for
time/distance from Johnson City.

You're helping to pay for it, you should be.

Good "work" if you can get it. Not that you know what that is
