As there were various answers to the OP both against the law and that it is
legal I decided to ask the questions of the Game and FIsheries departments
in Louisiana, Georgia and Mississippi as these were the three states
mentioned. I sent off emails asking if it was legal or illegal to each
states DWF. Ill let you know the results when (if) they reply.

The knowledgeable know how to de-munge an address and get the true address out of it.

One good, and comical, munge is like the following



where the signature will state the following...

Remove CLOTHES to send email.

Thanks Jeff but you have to admit that fish in a seeded area are larger and
healthier and stronger. And as far as I know there’s no law forbidding
feeding fish without fishing.
