Default which finder

i have a humminbird wide optic with a tri beam transducer. I think it
may have bit the dust during winter storage ( don't ask). if I need to
replace it what is a good unit to choose? I don't need a whole lot of
features,a variable depthe range might be so that im not
locked15,30,45 ft ranges. and one that wasn't a lyin' sonemitch and
tell me there ain't no fish when i can see ;em under the boator tell
me there's tons of 'em down there when I can't even lose my bait!
