Default submersible LED clearance lights for trailers

I purchased some waterproof outdoor solar powered lights for my back patio
that cost $4.00 @ piece at Wal-Mart 2 weeks ago, WTF can't I find just as
cheap LED lights for my boat trailer? They have no solar panel!!! They ALL
cost 6 bucks where ever I shop. Even vendors on e-Bay are selling them to
high.

Anyone know of a site that sells submersible LED clearance lights cheap as
dirt?

Probably requires DOT approval, a few diners and trips to DC factored
in. $6 is cheap... sure beats those old tin cups with bulbs in them
that screw up every year if not every other month.
