Default What is Fishing like in P/Philip BAy

Anyone know what is happening fishing wise in Port Philip Bay....

Thinking of going this weekend.... S/E Subs and Mornington Pen.... where and
when would be 5the best time to get something....

Went out today, got a bag of F/H, kept a few, and handful of Pinkies, around
size, all returned. around Brighton, St Kilda

Did not see any, but tons of activity on the sounders, could have been
debris from the drains though
