Default Hummingbird, Lowrance or Eagle

I'm trying to decide on one of the three following fishfinders:
Hummingbird Matrix 37
Eagle Seafinder 480DF
Lowrance X136DF

I'll be using it in sal****er, depths to 200 feet. Just for fun I'm
going to use it in my Colman canoe, hooked to a 7.5 amp gel battery,
shooting the transducer through the hull.

I realize I could get a portable fishfinder, but I want something with
a bit more performance than the typical portable provides.

Are you going to drill holes in the hull of the canoe? All these models are
overkill if you are just using a canoe. I have the Matrix 37 (GPS capable),
its good, it has Quadrabeam and all that. Seafinder has a narrow angle. I
don't like Lowrance.
