Default Loading new line onto spinning reel

What is the correct way to load new line on spinning reel to avoid twisting
the line on the reel? Should it be spun off the spool (i.e. spool on a
shaft and spinning out the line) or simply taken off the stationary spool
(i.e. sitting on the ground with line being unwound over one send)?

Thanks,

Ian

I lay the spool flat on the floor and make sure the line is coming off the
spool the same way it goes onto the reel.
