Default Boat problem

Well this season went pretty good for me as far as my boat goes, that
was until today. I went out fishing and a friend met me at the lake in
his boat, we took off and my motor wouldn't trim up. I can hear the
contacts clicking but it won't go up or down. Last year I had a new trim
motor installed, I hope thats not the problem again. The motor is a 1997
Johnson Venom 200 h.p. I ended up releasing the pressure with the
manual release.
