Default Ashville Bound - Blue Ridge Parkway

The BRP was open from Ashville NE for 15 miles where it was closed due to
damage from the hurricane (don't know about the rest of the BRP). All of the
creeks and rivers showed signs of recent high water. The 15 miles we cruised
were beautiful with the vibrant yellows, oranges & reds of fall leaves.

Excuse me while I remove the cap from my Michelop.

I thought I read on the 'net that a big section of the BRP was closed from

a
washout? Can you still get through?

TR to follow.(short & simple)
My dear wife sold me on the idea of seeing Ashville and fly fishing

would
be
a great vacation. It was a ploy to see our daughter and her husband in
Fayetteville. Got home last night from a leisurely 1,188.7 mile non-stop
stroll along the Interstates. Proctologist will have to wait 4 more

years
until my butt heals enough to be reexamoned.
