Default NJ rivers and bays are open

Today's report-
Hit the backside of Barnegat Bay today at first light to look for some early
season stripers by the nuke plant, as close as I got to a fish was watching
a guy trying to land a small striper, which came unglued 3' from the bank.
Zero fish for me for 3+ Hrs of trying (plugs & Jigs), but the bait guys
alongside me weren't doing any better.....I'll be back there as weather
allows trying to put a bend in the rod.

Ed
